Menopause is Inevitable. Suffering is Not!

Finally, a Medical Menopause Specialist Who Listens, Educates, and Empowers.

Real Medical Treatment, Not Band-Aids.

At Vida, menopause care isn’t about pushing pills or telling you to wait it out. It’s about understanding your full picture and designing medical treatment that evolves with you.

Hormone Therapy (HRT)

If HRT is a good fit for your needs and goals, we prescribe FDA-approved, insurance-covered hormone therapy, sent to your local or mail-order pharmacy. Your safety is always at the center of every treatment plan.

Non-Hormonal Options

Not everyone needs hormones—or wants them. We also guide patients through non-hormonal medications, supplements, and lifestyle strategies backed by current research.

Labs, Imaging & Testing

Need lab work? We’ll coordinate blood draws through LabCorp, Quest, or a lab near you. Imaging like ultrasounds or bone scans? We’ll order those through your local radiology center. You will use your insurance to cover testing.

You’re not imagining your symptoms.
And you’re not alone.

Hot flashes. Mood swings. Brain fog.
Night sweats. Weight gain. Joint pain. Cycle chaos.
Sleep disruption. Low Libido. Vaginal dryness.

If you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause—and your provider has dismissed or downplayed your symptoms—you’re exactly who we’re here for.

This phase of life can feel overwhelming, and most care systems aren’t built to support you through it. We are.

Meet Adrian, Your Partner in Health

As a Physician Assistant, I spent over 15 years helping thousands of patients navigate complex medical challenges—but when I hit perimenopause myself, I quickly realized how broken the system was for women in midlife.

Mood swings, irritability, night sweats, hot flashes followed by freezing chills, sudden intolerance to alcohol.

When I brought it up to my OB-GYN, I was told I was “too young” for hormone therapy. That I couldn’t take hormones if I was still having periods. That wasn’t just frustrating—it was wrong.
